At the end of this session, learners will be able to classify adverse reactions to food, differentiate types of non-Immunoglobulin E (non-IgE) mediated food allergy, and devise a strategy for diagnosis and management of eosinophilic esophagitis. Additionally, learners will be able to recall how to diagnose and manage food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome.
This seminar focuses on allergy and immunology and was delivered at the Open Medical Institute in Salzburg, Austria, from January 22 – 28, 2023.
